We provide all services related to property maintenance. We can prepare your home just the way you like it for when you or your guests arrive. Furthermore, when you leave your property you don’t have to worry about cleaning it first because we will take care of everything once you have left. Every property that we look after is different therefore all of our service packages can be tailored to your needs. We will discuss with you your requirements to develop a property care plan that works for you and your budget.

Here are some of the property management services that we offer.

Cleaning Services

Keeping your property clean and hygienic is an essential yet demanding task, especially when you don’t live in it all year round. Our cleaners will ensure that each and every room in your house looks its absolute best prior to anyone arriving (we understand that First Impressions mean everything). Then once you and your guests have left, we will clean the whole property top to bottom, provide fresh towels and change bed linen prior to anyone else arriving.

Pool Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular maintenance is critical to ensure a clean, hygienic and safe pool for you and your guests. We will clean your pool regularly and also check the pH and alkalinity levels to ensure you get the most out of your pool without any risk of ill health due to negligence.

Garden Maintenance

Mallorca has a superb climate and outdoor living becomes a natural desire, which can be enhanced when you experience it amongst well managed grounds. We can undertake all garden maintenance to ensure your garden looks its best leaving you and your guests free to sit back, relax and enjoy it.

Repairs and Maintenance

We have built up a number of reliable contacts in the building trade through renovations of our own, so if required we can co-ordinate any maintenance or repairs on your behalf using our own partners.

    • Inspection of all windows, doors and outbuildings for damage or forced entry. Check alarm system is armed and functional.

    • Key Holding Service
    • Inspection of all windows, doors and outbuildings for damage or forced entry. Check alarm system is armed and functional.
    • Inspection for leaks, damp, mould, for signs of infestation or vermin and for signs of weather damage. We check operation of electrics, domotic systems, servers, lighting, fridge freezer, internet, phone lines and satellite TV. We will also ventilate the property, check air conditioning, run the heat pumps and installations, flush the toilets, run the taps, water the indoor plants, check the outdoor irrigation system, check water tanks, gas bottles and oil and check the post box to forward any mail if requested.
    • Meet and Greet service for guests to show them around the property when they arrive, make them feel welcome and show them how everything works
    • Point of Contact for guests – available throughout their stay
