Cleaning Services

Keeping your property clean and hygienic is an essential yet demanding task, especially when you don’t live in it all year round. Our cleaners will ensure that each and every room in your house looks its absolute best prior to anyone arriving (we understand that First Impressions mean everything).

Then once you and your guests have left, we will clean the whole property top to bottom, provide fresh towels and change bed linen prior to anyone else arriving.

Pine Tree Endotherapy

Pine trees in Mallorca are susceptible to the pine processionary caterpillars. Their toxic hairs can cause severe allergic reactions to humans and can even be fatal to animals so keeping them under control is essential.

We have all the necessary licenses, equipment and experience to perform endotherapy injections to control this plague. The trunk injection method is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly way to eliminate these highly toxic insects without using sprays.

We have built up a number of reliable contacts in the building trade through renovations of our own, so if required we can co-ordinate any maintenance or repairs on your behalf using our own partners.
